Ritzen

 Beim Ritzen schneidet der Ritzdiamant eine Vertiefung in die Oberfläche, wodurch die Markierung dauerhaft im Werkstück verankert wird. 

Nadelprägen

Die Nadelprägetechnik hämmert den zu beschriftenden Text in sehr kurzer Zeit und sehr tief in das Werkstück. Dabei können nicht nur Texte und fortlaufende Nummerierungen, sondern auch Datamatrix-Codes realisiert werden.

Rollierung

Rollierung ist eine umformende Kennzeichnung, bei der kein Werkstückmaterial verloren geht, sodass das Werkstückgewicht beibehalten werden kann. Die Rollkugel verdichtet den Werkstoff auf der Oberfläche.

Durante l’incisione, il diamante per incisione crea una depressione
sulla superficie, ancorando permanentemente il segno al pezzo.
Il rotolamento è un segno di formatura in cui nessun materiale
del pezzo viene perso, quindi il peso del pezzo può essere mantenuto.
La sfera rotante compatta il materiale sulla superficie.
La tecnica dell’ago in rilievo martella il testo da etichettare
molto profondamente nel pezzo in un tempo molto breve.
Possono essere implementati non solo testi e numerazioni consecutive,
ma anche codici a matrice di dati.
